Payment Policy
HDA accepts only US currency. Four types of payment methods are available: Purchase Order, Prepay Credit Cards (Online and Via Phone), Prepay with Approved Checks or Prepay Wire Transfer. Purchase Orders (PO) are allowed only from established customers with pre-approved credit.
CREDIT CARD on-line: We accept approved Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express. Please read the Privacy Policy for more details on secure credit card usage on the net.
Credit card payment is now authorized online in real time. You will be informed immediately if your credit card is declined. If declined, you may check the accuracy of the credit card number and expiration date, or choose a different card to try. Your order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number you entered is authorized. Once accepted, the authorization process allocates the total amount of the order + 10% extra for this transaction, which does NOT mean that your credit card has been charged yet. The 10% extra is reserved just in case you need to add items or make other adjustments to your order. We'll examine each order and make adjustments if necessary before charging your credit card. The actual amount charged can be smaller than the total amount. Currently, less than 2% of all orders are adjusted before charging.
You must provide us with a working phone number in order for us to contact you to confirm your order and in case of problems with your order. HDA is very aggressive in getting law enforcement involved in cases of obvious credit card fraud. Do not try it here or ANYWHERE for that matter!
CREDIT CARD via Phone: If you do not feel comfortable transmitting your credit card number and other information on the Internet, we suggest you place an order online, choose "Credit Card via Phone" as the payment method, and then phone in to give us your credit card number over the phone. We'll charge your credit card manually.
PRE-PAY with a Check: Pre-payment with cashier's check or money order is accepted. You can place the order online, select "Prepay w/ check" as payment method, get an order number and order confirmation for the total amount of your order. We'll ship your products within 1-2 business days after the check is received. Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your payment in 10 business days. Orders via Prepay w/ cashier's check are not confirmed until payment is received.
PURCHASE ORDER (PO): If you are a new account and pre-approved credit is desired, you must complete the following processes: (1) Mail a letter on your letterhead to formally request us to accept your purchase orders; (2) Print or download a credit application and have it filled out, signed, and sent back to us with your credit information and trade references; wait for us to check the credit information and trade references and verify your information. Please note that an account application may take 1-2 weeks to complete. (3) Once verified and authorized, order on-line and send a formal purchase order to us.
WIRE TRANSFER: We accept wire-transfer from anywhere. After you place your order, details about the wire-transfer process will be e-mailed to you on the second e-mail notification. If you missed that e-mail, please call our toll-free number that's given on the order confirmation. We'll give you details on how to do wire-transfer over the phone. You must place the order first before calling for the transfer information. The total transferred must include shipping cost. The shipping cost may be adjusted for international addresses and overweight orders. Delay in shipping your order may occur if the wire-transfer received is different from the order total amount. Wire-transfer may take 1-2 business days to confirm. It must be confirmed by our bank before shipping can take place.
The products shipped remain the property of HDA until paid in full. Any legal expense toward collecting bad debts are buyer's responsibility.

Changes in Privacy Policy
All "personal information" ("personal information" is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains) that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection. HDA reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of the Site. If as the result of such changes, you want to alter the ways in which HDA is allowed to use your personal information, you can do so by following the procedure described below in the section titled "Updating your personal information and privacy preferences." However, if HDA sells assets (or the assets of a division or subsidiary) to another entity, or HDA (or a division or subsidiary) is acquired by, or merged with, another entity, HDA may provide to such entity customer information that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without your consent.
Entities collecting personal information
The Site contains links to other sites at which personal information may be collected. In such instances, unless expressly provided to the contrary, the collection and use of your personal information will be governed by the privacy policy applicable to that site. That privacy policy should identify the entity that is collecting your personal information.

In connection with other activities, such as subscribing to the collaboration services offered on the Site or utilizing online software applications, HDA may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these activities, however, HDA may ask that you provide us personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including ZIP code), e-mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal information. We use these environmental variables to facilitate and track your use of the Site and its services. HDA also uses such environmental variables to measure traffic patterns on the Site. Without expressly informing you in each particular circumstance, we do not match such information with any of your personal information.
When you submit personal information to HDA through this Site, you understand and agree that this information may be transferred across national boundaries and may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which HDA and its affiliates and subsidiaries maintain offices, including, without limitation, the United States. You also acknowledge that in certain countries or with respect to certain activities, the collection, transferring, storage, and processing of your information may be undertaken by trusted vendors of HDA. Such vendors are bound by contract not to use your personal information for their own purposes or provide it to any third parties. One instance where this could occur is in conjunction with framed pages in which the URL for the pages is not visible and the pages are being hosted by a vendor of HDA.
HDA has established relationships with various service providers whose services are available to you from this Site or from Web sites that are linked to this Site.
Typically, these providers offer services that HDA customers might find useful, such as those that can be used in conjunction with HDA services and products. Unless expressly provided to the contrary, personal information that you provide while you are visiting a provider's Web site will be subject to the privacy policy posted on such site, and personal information that you provide while on this Site in conjunction with a provider's service will be subject to this Privacy Policy. You should be aware that our agreements with these service providers often provide that they will share with HDA personal information collected from you. In such instances, HDA may use this information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy. In the situation where sites have an HDA "look and feel," and you reasonably believe you are on an HDA site, the site is collecting information in a solely intermediary capacity and does not use personal information for secondary purposes.
How your personal information is used
HDA collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. Your personal information is also used to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of HDA and selected third parties if you have so opted to receive such communications.

This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. HDA may use this aggregate, non-identifying statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing, or similar promotional purposes.
Your choices with respect to personal information

There are other instances in which HDA may divulge your personal information. HDA may provide your personal information if necessary, in HDA's good faith judgment, to comply with laws or regulations of a governmental or regulatory body or in response to a valid subpoena, warrant, or order or to protect the rights of HDA or others.

Registration Information is protected in several ways. Access by you to your Registration Information is available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your Registration Information resides on a secure server that only selected HDA personnel and contractors have access to via password. HDA encrypts your personal information and thereby strives to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to HDA.
Personal information that you provide that does not constitute Registration Information also resides on a secure server and is only accessible to selected HDA personnel and contractors via password. Since this information is not accessible by you, you will not be asked to select a password in order to view or modify such information.

While HDA uses cookies to track your visit to www.hdaprint.com and our Web servers automatically log the IP/Internet address of your computer, HDA does not generally use this information to identify you personally. We associate this data to understand how our site and services are being used so we can understand our customers and offer appropriate products and services.

Also, please note that HDA is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of non-HDA Web sites to which this Site or any other HDA Web site may link. You should review the privacy policy of such sites before using the sites.
